Some people misjudges every tattoos that match perfectly on woman considered as feminine tattoos. That’s not true. Yes, it is true that not every tattoos match perfectly on woman. For me, a tattoo can be called feminine, if qualified these two criteria:

1. When a woman worn it, every person who sees the tattoos, know that the wearer is a woman.
2. When a man worn it, every person who sees it, is uncertain if he is straight or not.

Skull tattoo is not feminine, for instance. I mean, I know some people say that dragon tattoos can be considered as feminine tattoos, because of the beauty, and few of the best dragon tattoos have been worn by women. But I don’t think so. Dragon is NOT one of feminine tattoos, even it perfectly matches when worn by woman.
